The Evergreen Trail is a nature walk around the courtyard of the Orleans House Gallery at Richmond. To make the walk fun for kids and adults, I, in collaboration with 2 other Graphic Designers have created seven installed ceramic animals; each with a QR code that links to either a biodiversity explorer trail or to an animation that is both entertaining and educational. My task was to create the animation piece ‘Nocturnal Animals’. I have also designed the website and produced branding materials. Dreams of Freedom is a book by Amnesty International This inspirational book, contains 10 quotations about many different aspects of freedom, from the freedom to have an education to that not to be hurt or tortured, the freedom to have a home and the freedom to be yourself. All the chosen quotations are in simple words that can be understood by young children.
I have created and animated the contents of this book and made a short video; thus, producing an interactive fun way for the children to learn about Freedom and basic Human Rights.
